ARC's Customer Support and training services can be tailored to meet the design needs of the licensee. The standard, annually renewable packages that come with all licenses include the ability to speak live to a Customer Support representative. Customers also have 24-hour access to ARC's world-class Support Website, a password protected secure environment which contains hundreds of documents, downloads, FAQs and bug reports that speed the SoC design process using a configurable ARC processor or subsystem. Custom Instruction ExtensionsARC will design custom extensions for any of our configurable cores, ensuring it is fully verified to the microarchitecture and compatible with the wide range of software and tools optimized to the ARCompact ISA. TrainingARC offers a wide variety of on- and off-site training for all of ARC's configurable CPUs and application subsystems. All training courses offer hands-on experience and detailed examples that maximize optimization of the ARC-Based SoC. Code ProofingARC will review and profile your software code, suggest potential improvements and recommend instruction extensions to maximize system optimization. BenchmarkingARC will provide logic synthesis benchmarks based upon your choice of process technology (including sub 0.10 micron geometries) and standard or customized cell libraries. Benchmarks cover speed, power consumption and area, and the benchmark report will detail critical paths and provide an overview of the floorplan.
