ARC’s Business Model

ARC develops and licenses vertically integrated multimedia IP to semiconductor companies.  ARC derives contract revenue from licensing agreements and royalty revenue when customers’ ARC-Based chips ship to market.  An ARC-Based chip can take three years or more before it sees commercial success due to the length of time it takes to develop, test, and introduce a complex semiconductor device.  ARC’s financial results have consistently outperformed the overall semiconductor industry and many of its direct competitors.
