Richard Barfield Chairman of the Board. Richard Barfield joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee in September 2003, becoming Chairman in April 2007. Mr Barfield also chairs two other private venture capital backed businesses in the IT staffing and IT reseller industries. Mr. Barfield was previously Chief Executive Officer of Spring Group plc. Whilst at Spring, he was also Chairman of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, the trade association of the UK recruitment sector representing around 10,000 company and 100,000 individual members. He previously served as Group Finance Director of Northgate Information Solutions plc and was President of Northgate's Glovia joint venture with Fujitsu and of the Group's application development tools business, PRO-IV. Prior to this he occupied senior financial positions with Bellsouth Corporation and SmithKline Beecham. Mr Barfield is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having qualified with KPMG in 1982.

   
Dr. Geoff Bristow Dr. Geoff Bristow is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ARC International. He joined the Board as Senior Non-Executive Director in September 2003. After gaining a first class electronics degree from Imperial College, London, and a PhD in engineering from Cambridge University, he spent five years at Texas Instruments' semiconductor division where he was responsible for SoC (System-on-chip) devices. Subsequently at ICL plc he was Director of Network Products before setting up Octagon Industries, a management services company designed to assist undervalued hi-tech companies. Under Octagon's umbrella he was attributed with a number of high profile rescues including Wordplex Information Systems plc (where he was CEO), Alphameric plc (Executive Chairman) and later in California, Poqet Computer Corp (Chief Operating Officer). He then became an Executive Vice President for Fujitsu and has subsequently been managing an investment portfolio of young private companies.

   
Steven Gunders Steven Gunders joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in June 2007. Currently he is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Gunders has close to 40 years of industry experience and specializes in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. He is a qualified C.P.A. and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. A former partner with Deloitte and Touche, Mr. Gunders was the global lead consulting partner at Deloitte Consulting with a particular focus on private equity clients’ buy and build strategies both in the United States and internationally.
   

Charles Rendell, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rendell is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the UK commercial finance and technology sector. He joined the predecessor to ARC (Argonaut), as Finance Director he lead the company through private fund raising rounds and acquisitions leading up to the Initial Public Offering in 2000.  As Chief Financial Officer Charles led and managed all finance and administrative functions for the company, and continued to work with these after the appointment of a public company Finance Director in 2000. In this role Charles has been responsible for all company governance and compliance related financial work, transcending European, American and Asian theatres. Additionally he has lead managed all financial functions and responsibilities and has over the course of his career been responsible for HR and administration. Since joining ARC Charles has been responsible for the financial aspects of seven acquisitions which included employees or entities in the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, Korea, Russia, Canada and the United States. Charles has Bsc(Econ) from Hull University, U.K.
