Permanent positions are opened in the multimedia department. The candidate will be involved in research and development in the areas of audio and video signals processing and compression. Recent graduates and post-graduate students are welcome. Please submit your resume if you meet the "MUST" requirements and at least one "helpful" qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Development and integration of automation systems for testing purposes
• Audio/video codecs testing including the performance measurements
• Test samples and scenarios preparation
• Writing the technical reports, participation in creation of test plans
• Communication with managers from USA and UK via e-mail and by phone in English

Education/Experience Required:

Requirements (MUST)

• Scripting languages (Perl, MS-DOS (.bat), bash, sh)
• Experience in testing and QA sphere
• Understanding the multimedia fundamentals (audio and video compression, formats, color schemes and so on)
• Familiarity with at least one DSP or RISC platform
• Technical English (writing reports, documentation, reading specifications)

Helpful qualifications

• Linux platform knowledge with development experience
• Familiarity with Subversion, Bugzilla
• Database management systems: SQL, MySql
• Virtual machines management skills (VMware)
